1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Heritage Concierge platform ("Platform") or any of its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Heritage Concierge.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Membership

Membership is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Heritage Concierge reserves the sole discretion to approve or decline any membership application without obligation to provide reasons.

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity occurring under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

3. Services

Heritage Concierge provides a curated concierge platform connecting members with a network of vetted service providers, asset managers, and lifestyle specialists. The scope of services available is described on the Platform and may be updated from time to time at our discretion.

We act as a facilitator. While we exercise rigorous due diligence in the selection of partners and providers, Heritage Concierge does not guarantee outcomes and is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers engaged in connection with member requests.

4. Subscription & Payments

Premium membership is billed on a monthly recurring basis at the rate published on the Platform at the time of subscription. Payments are processed by our authorised payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your nominated payment method.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: impersonating another person, transmitting malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system, and using the Platform to harass or defame any individual.

Heritage Concierge may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for any breach of this clause.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, imagery, brand elements, and software — is the exclusive property of Heritage Concierge or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No reproduction, distribution, or derivative use is permitted without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heritage Concierge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or its services. Our aggregate liability shall in no event exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
